Shipping policy

Shipping: 

Every item is made to order just for you, this means that not all purchased items will be ready to ship immediately after order. Normal turn around time is 5 business days from purchase to shipment. The owner, Brittany, is a one woman team so the process time takes longer. We appreciate the patience!

Unforeseen issues with material availability that could delay shipment will be communicated to buyers as soon as we become aware of them.

The buyer will receive shipping and tracking via email address associated with the order.

Please note that once your package arrives to the post office it is out of our companies control on what happens to your items. If lost or stolen Bior Jems will not be able to refund you due to us fulfilling the order and doing our part, you will need to contact your local post office to open a case of a missing item. We of course want to help as much as we can, please do contact us if this does happen and we can try our best to help out. This is very rare, but we're aware things happen and we would like to warn our customers.
