Due to COVID-19 - We do not currently accept returns.

All our Bior Jems are made just for you! This means that not all purchased items will be ready to ship immediately after order. Our normal turn around time is 2-3 business days from purchase to shipment(Not including weekends or holidays). The owner, Brittany, is a one woman team so the processing time may take longer than expected. If for some reason we are delayed on getting out your order we will go ahead and contact you.
The buyer will receive shipping and tracking information via the email address associated with the order. Please make sure your shipping address is correct upon checking out. We are not responsible for items not delivered due to an incorrect mailing address.
If your package is undeliverable and returned to us, your order will be subject to re-shipping charges. Or If it gets lost because of a wrong address entered we cannot be responsible.
Please note that once your package arrives and is checked in to the post office it is out of our control on what happens to your items. If for unfortunate reasons, your package gets lost or stolen you will need to contact your local post office to open up a case of a missing package. https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
